Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

I have always had a great experience with Imperial. First with Chevrolet, and today I bought a brand new Hyundai Tucson limited edition at the new dealership in Milford. My service from Jayro and Brian were great! Mike Walsh Jr in finance was helpful in regards to explaining finances and Pedro was just as kind to check in and see how service was. I had the best experience at Imperial Hyundai! The salesman was very helpful in showing me all my options in what I was looking for. The finance manager I met with explained everything to me thoroughly and answered every question or concern I had. I am so excited and happy with my purchase of a brand new Tuscon :)
Terrible inquired about a 75000 corvette and mark Rossi would not even answer questions I had about it He said we have 2000 cars here Who cares!
I had been searching for a new car and Chris Mcintyre was so pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable what I was looking for and spent hours with me searching for that perfect car. He was sociable, attentive and always was there to accommodate with any questions or concerns I had. After seeing Imperial Cars continuously popping up in my alerts, I visited their incredible facility (especially the Diner) and bought a super clean 09 vehicle with only 43,000 miles. Issues developed with the car and I was allowed to go to the manufactures dealer to see if they could fix it. Although the service required was not covered by the warranty, Imperial stepped up and gave me an incredible trade towards a 2013 vehicle. My husband and I purchased a vehicle and leased another from Imperial Chevrolet. I couldn't have asked for better service. Santos Cruzado the Internet Sales Manager helped us make our way into the dealership and made us feel right at home where we met with Firas Etkilah the sales consultant. My opinion: Watch out. They promise the world but won't deliver. I made a deal for a new truck, which they will not honor. I emailed the general manager who won't respond.
