Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

We didn't plan on buying a car, but when our 2005 Impala wasn't going to pass inspection and cost a ton to get fixed, our hand was forced. I am incredibly disappointed with Imperial. I have purchased 2 excellent cars from them, but the service center is terrible. Not only do they try to up-sell ridiculously, but last time I had my Jeep serviced, they actually let me drive away with basically no coolant in my car! When I called to complain, they said I was fine with the amount of coolant I had. I took my Jeep to a different dealership to have a coolant flush and entirely replace the coolant-they were concerned with how low my coolant was when I came in. The serv... read more
Joshua Pepin, the salesperson who worked with me, was wonderful. He was patient with all of my questions and offered excellent suggestions and advice. Josh made me feel that he honestly cared about what I was looking for in a vehicle. I would recommend Imperial Chevrolet for anyone looking for a dealership that provides great service and I would definitely have them ask for Josh.
I feel as though I was misled by the sale guy he made an offer for our trade in and then came back with an offer of 3000 less. Disappointing
I bought my first new car after many years of getting by. My salesman, Jason Burt, was very helpful. I had a lot of questions and all along the way he addressed all my concerns. The day I picked up my truck (it snowed) I showed up with my weather tech mats and never looked back. It takes a little time to get used to the bells and whistles but now I have things down. Brought my Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I was in and out of there in just over an hour. My service advisor, Jim Parsons, is professional, courteous and tells you straight up what is needed. He does not include things just to include them. He also talks to me, even when my husband is there. I've bought quite a few vehicles from Imperial and I am very pleased with with the service I receive from them. I won't buy anywhere else.
