Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

In for an oil change. Very polite people, comfortable waiting area and a bite to eat right on the grounds of the dealership. And the best part is, I get a free car wash

I wanted to thank Kevin de Souza for a great car buying experience. He was available to help me by phone, email, and in person to answer all of my questions. He took a lot of stress out of buying a car and saved me a ton of time that I normally would have had to be at the dealership for. If you are looking to save time and have a phenominal shopping experience Kevin is your guy.
Bought a used (2015) Chevrolet Equinox there. The salesman Chris McIntyre was knowledgeable and very friendly, answered all of our questions and concerns. The finance person Ahmed Al-Jallad was also very knowledgeable and provided us with finance options and very detailed info on warranties and gap coverage for the new vehicle. The dealership is in Mendon (only 20 miles from home) and has many amenities if you are there to either buy or have your vehicle serviced. We definitely plan on using them to service our new Equinox.
A little while back, my daughter and I went into Imperial Ford to see what she could get for her Kia Optima if she traded it in. When we got there, we were greeted by Maaz Al Nahas, who worked with us in getting an estimate. During this time, my daughter mentioned that she had seen a Ford Escape online that she really liked. I have purchased two cars from Imperial Ford, and the process has always been smooth. Recently Ali Kehail and Omar Ihjul made a fabulous team getting my car financed and making the process as quick and easy for me as possible. I highly recommend them because they know their inventory, they understand what customers want, and there are no gray areas with these guys. I recently purchased a 2016 chevy cruze from Imperial. I could not be happier. I was treated with such care,helpfulness,and enthusiasm. From Tommy,Mike Ghalbouni and AhmadAl-Jallad the knowledge of products and professionalism was the best.
