Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

If I could give more than 10 stars, I would. Chris Mac in sales and Kim in finance are superstars. They helped get me Ina vehicle that perfectly meets my needs, and this was NOT easy to do because of less than perfect credit and being upside down on my trade. I'd highly recommend Imperial!

A few months ago I stopped into Imperial Ford to take a look at both the Focus and Fiesta ST. I had a few months to go on my lease and was just in the beginning stage of shopping. I bought my last 3 cars from Dean Childs at Imperial Ford. Dean is a true professional who went above and beyond in customer service each time I visited the dealership. I bought a used Jeep for my son from Dean that was missing a backseat. He found a used seat on Craigslist for me, drove to VT on his own time to get it and had it installed before we picked up the car! Who does that? Amazing service. I can't say enough good things. So not a happy camper right now. I called imperial Cars in Mendon last week to book an oil change. The cost was $38 but if I did the "3 deal" I would get an oil change, tire rotation and car wash for $41. Sounds great, right? I thought so and booked an appointment. I took my car in to be serviced today. When it was finished, Mike the service manager says to me that I owe $86.95. I said what happened to the quote of $41?
