Today I visited the Jeep dealership to look into purchasing a brand new vehicle. I was asked if I was “here for a school project”. I responded I am here to look at your inventory, I stated my budget and received a look from the salesman as if I was joking around. He replied he really didn’t have time to speak to me. My SUV needed some work that the warranty would not cover, my service representative called the warranty company and did his best to get them to pay for it and they refused. We took the car in and I don't know what he did, but he found a way to help us and bring the price down to where we only had to pay the deductible.. Imperial has never done us wrong and we will be customers for a very long time. I want to thank Richard Borrelli for all your help, it's a pleasure having you as our service representative!!
I travel 40 min each way from Coventry Rl. To have my truck serviced at Imperial Ford..from the moment you walk into the service area people are looking to help you out with your need or concerns, If you are waiting for your vehicle in there beautiful waiting area. I recently purchased a brand new 2018 Chevy Equinox from the Imperial Chevy dealership, and it was a great experience. My salesman, John Earl, was great to work with. He took the time to go over all the bells and whistles of the vehicle to make sure I was comfortable with all the new technology.
