In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

We just bought a New Ford Super Duty 250 last week and it was the easiest purchase ever. Our salesman, Bob Champagne, was amazing and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Imperial to anyone seeking to buy a new vehicle. Make sure to see Bob in the Ford section,he knows how to treat customers.
My Fiancé and I purchased a 2017 F150 STX today with next to no mileage. We looked at a lot of options throughout the day- both new and used. Our salesmen,Dave Bertulli was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us get the right vehicle and the best options. Awful service by the parts “director” at the Ford store. Called to order a part, asked for the part number he had since it didn’t match the part number I took out of the vehicle and I wanted to research. He downright refused to give out the full number unless I purchased the part, said the screen only shows the part number after it is ordered. Guy was rude, unhelpful, and clearly lying. Buyer beware, customer service training would have helped resolve this one, now I have to travel to Franklin Ford to buy the part.
I wanted to share by far the most frustrating car buying experience I have had in my 40years. There isn't enough space here to put down all the details but this should of been the easiest sale of the year. The customer service and response from Kim in the finance dept was awful, no call backs, bad responses when I did reach her. They could not accommodate a meeting before there team meeting, even though I was traveling 2hrs, at 9am. The dealership it the worsted. I would never buy a car from them again. bad salesman and they suck for service. big rip off and no help when you're stranded on the side the road. Sales manage just give you a history lesson and hang up on you. I think the little fat bastard from Mendon needs to teach his salesmen how to take care of his customer and not rip them off. I give them less than zero
