Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

Absolutely miserable customer service...the dealer Ed had a tempertantrum because I told him I would not sign...I was upfront and stated I was NOT going to purchase today. Then told me that a 2500 is too big for me..really dude??? I drove a 3500 dually for 8 years!!! Don't judge because I am female... I know what I need..
The service at Imperial is excellent, the staff is polite and courteous. Ash keep up the good work.

I just recently traded in my Infiniti FX-45 and purchased a 2018 Jeep Renegade Altitude from this dealership and I have to say, I'm blown away at their hospitality and attention to detail. I worked mainly with Gary Keith, Joseph Trocha, and JP Carlo - all three gentleman gave me the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I’d give negative stars if I could. Imperial is the worst car dealership ever. The third car I bought from them they changed the purchase and sales after we signed one and tried to make us pay more a month and lie about the original deal. Another time they added all these extra insurances and add ons that we never asked for and took advantage of us having 2 kids and not being able to pay 100% attention to EVERYTHING we were reading (who flat out told them we wanted to extras no gap insurance). We started doing business with Imperial Cars in Mendon about 4 years ago. In over 40 years of marriage we have bought numerous cars and honestly each experience was painful and frustrating. However working with Imperial and Ron Dulac in particular was a total turn around rather than a typical turn off! Ron is the essence of a fair gentleman - not a pushy salesman type.
