In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

Just picked up my new 2018 Ford Escape from Imperial Ford and the process could not have been easier. No high pressure sales, everything was transparent and the sales manager, Lou Carvalho, and sales associate, Matt Roushia, were great. Will be recommending Imperial Ford to everyone!
On Friday July 13th I went in and signed paperwork for a used Ram from Imperial Dodge in Mendon , MA. As we finished up I asked when they would be able to get it registered? I was told as they are an out of state dealer this would take 3-5 days. I didn’t like the answer but they informed me that this was what RI does to punish people for going out of state to purchase vehicles. I always buy my cars here, and I always get them serviced here. The associates and other employees are always prompt, courteous, and helpful. My last two visits, I was helped by a new associate named Ash, who was a pleasure to do business with. It’s good to know that I can count on people who go out of their way to provide the best service possible.
