Over 2 months after purchasing a $50,000 truck from them I'm still trying to get them to cancel an extended service contact that I cancelled in person with Deseree at their Hyundai Store days after purchase. Back in late October 18 I bought my “new to me” 16 Kia Sorrento. I love it! My salesman was Joel Cohen out of the Jeep Chrysler & Doge store and he made things very easy to test drive the multiple vehicles I was interested (mind you I had been looking for a new vehicle online for over a year so having to narrow down the cars was easy with Joel). Gary was terrific to work with!! He was very helpful and patient with my needs (lol) You Can tell he loves what he does because he is so informative and had an answer for all our questions. Had a wonderful experience again with Imperial Cars. Went up to have a noise checked out in my car which was taken care of and ended up purchasing a new used car.
