In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

Just bought a 2017 Chevy equinox and we love it, It wasn't originally what we were aiming for when we first walked in there but our guy Jazz, worked with us and definitely helped us out. He was patient and understood our situation and helped us with trying to get us the best deal they could, and oh man did he!! Last month I purchased a used car from Imperial, and I had an overall great experience. Darren was especially helpful and patient with my husband and I. I walked in with a car in mind that I had seen online but initially felt nervous about making a big purchase and making the right decision. Doing business here is easy!!! Tim Donahue and Omar Ihjul were up front, honest and worked hard to make our deal work for everyone. One of the most relaxed dealerships I have ever been in. Ortiz's jersey on display was pretty neat too. Highly recommend these guys have the business down pat and customer service is top notch!!
I visited the one in Milford, MA. Their customer service was very disappointing. The financial guy, M, was very rude and had the leave-if-u-dont-like-me attitude. Instead of telling me the truth that the car I was interested in were already in the process of being sold by someone else, he HARD pulled my credit and pretended like it was still available because i guess he wanted a backup plan in case his business with that person didn't go well. Bait and switch. Don't waste your time. Online sales guy quotes one price, then it increases by thousands when you get there. Not to mention the trade in offer being 6k under low end kbb value. Place is a joke.
