Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

Hated their service, hated the lies I was sold to protect my investment. This place is the worst and I share that review every chance I get. Dishonesty travels by word of mouth.
Josh was extremely helpful and patient with us as we searched for our daughter's first car. Couldn't be happier with the service and advice during the process and since. And our daughter was impressed with the service center since the purchase.

On Friday I had the pleasure of meeting a great team at Imperial Hyundai in Milford from the sales managers Chris, Pedro, and Jason, to the finance manager Mike, and a awesome sales consultant Alex. They all did their best to put me in a brand new 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport Turbo. This dealership has exceeded my expectations and I will tell anyone in need of a car to shop here and ask for Alex. Jim was a great salesman to deal with, he made our car buying experience enjoyable.
My husband and I were referred by a friend. The customer service was top notch. We walked in and 4 hours later we were driving home in our new Ford Limited. We were so impressed from start to finish. We currently have three cars purchased at Imperial. A Dodge, a Chrysler and now an new Jeep Cherokee. We come back, not only because of the fair pricing, but because the service is always done right. The service advisers are great, you get a call them the car is ready, or when they have any questions about work options and costs. Jim Parsons and the team are always there to assist you in making the right decisions.
Imperial in general is a fantastic place to buy a car or truck. Four years ago I bought a c-mass from imperial Ford. Our sales man was Dean. He was so great. He worked with us most of the day trying to get exactly what I wanted. Dean was fantastic. Then there is Imerial Chevrolet, five years ago my husband bought a truck from them which we were treated very, very well. This past June my husband traded in his 20011 for a 2017 truck.
