Imperial Ford is a located on the Imperial Cars campus where we have of 1600new and quality pre-owned vehicles for sale on our 52 acre campus. In addition to our Ford dealership we also offer a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership and a Chevrolet dealership. For our customers convenience we also have a Wash & Detail center, rental cars, a restored diner where you can enjoy a delicious meal and retails space including a hair salon, barbershop, jewelry store, andmedical center.

My experience at Imperial was the best! This was the first time That I serviced our 2015 Toyota RAV4 at Imperial. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Rick. I told him that the Toyota dealership that services my car told me I should consider a front brake service, that the pads worn very thin. The first thing I liked is the salesman were not pushy. My salesman was Mike Potenza. This guy went out of his way to line up the cars I was interested in, and NOT the cars he wanted to sell me. Big plus for me. Once I had my look I told him I needed to think about what I had saw and without any pressure from Mike I left. Two days later I went back, took a test drive, closed a deal and went home with a beautiful Lincoln MKZ in just a matter of hours. I literally took the car home in just a few hours. Awesome!!
My experience at Imperial Chevrolet was far better than I expected. Most dealerships have sales people that are at your car door before you even park your car and get out. this was not the case here at Imperial. I had the opportunity to freely browse the lot before I was approached and even at that point I did not feel pressured. I was very impressed with my sales man Firas, he went above and beyond helping me find EXACTLY what I wanted, he really listened to my needs and wants and was so patient. I was so excited to pick up my car and when I came around the corner it was sitting there with a big red bow on it!!!!! I would definitely recommend asking for Firas to help you find the car your looking for. Thank you again Firas I LOVE MY CAR!!!
Don't know if my other post went thru but we love your dealer ship I got A 2014 Ford escape my sales rep Rob Stewart was great he helped me A lot was with me A lot answered any questions I had We will be doing all the services there that the car needs he went out of his way for me he bent over backwards In the past I had really bad experiences with other places .We were told about imperial sand will continue to go there .Everybody was great very professional Rob Stewart was the best made us feel comfortable.
Visiting Imperial was the BEST experience I've ever had shopping for cars. We were greeted right as we stepped up to the door. All the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Patrick Wallace was our salesman and was absolutely fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with.
