I dont like having to leave bad reviews but we will never use again! Left voicemails as calls were not answered and had to call back the next day. Called again today left a voicemail, after 20 minutes emailled to then receive a snotty reply "You attempted to call around 20 minutes ago and left a voicemail, which I’ve only just seen. If you expect us to abandon customers we're already assisting in order to answer your call, that’s not how we operate. Been using Impact for a few years now. Great service and product range. Have had a few scanners, battery support, battery testers, TPMS tools, all have been spot on with no issues. The real value is in Alex's knowledge and back up support. The network is fantastic so can help 99% of the time, unlike buying from a big national who can just about turn the tool on. He is honest and tells you what the best tool is and only sells good brands.
