I did my first cardio drumming yesterday. It was amazing. High energy and even though I have physical limitations I still had a great time. They give you alternate moves to do. And I wasn't the only one that was doing them. Definitely going back.
I loved the cardio drumming class. I could follow the moves easy, and I am no dancer! It really helped me with the stress I am under My! I felt so good after and lived the shake! I will be back for more fun!
