IMPACT NUTRITION has completely changed my life � I love all the community, support, and accountability they have to offer every single person who walks through the doors! The classes are great for ANY age and fitness level and the shakes are so yummy!

Did my first cardio drumming class and I loved it. The staff were so supportive and energetic. The shakes were awesome! Pineapple upside down cake tasted exactly like the cake and it is healthy too. Can't wait to do it again.
