The owners and instructors of this business do not know the meaning of being good business neighbors. They have not put any sound proofing on their walls and consequently when they run their classes that have the booming bass music it shakes the walls and vibrates through the floor of the neighboring businesses. When asked to turn down the music they have repeatedly refused. They truly don't deserve your business. It's hard to believe the level of disrespect they have shown towards other businesses and their customers.
I went for my first time yesterday. You sweat. A lot! It was fun first, workout second. Boy, do I feel it today! :) (it's a good kind of pain) 45 minutes put to great use :)
