It's a really hard workout but lots of fun and well worth the effort.
I love the energy..i take my 8 year old granddaughter every Tuesday..she's treated so good and asked to go up front with instructers..

An all New 5:00 AM ( Monday & Wednesday) work out started yesterday. "Early 30's". Nothing better to clear the morning fog than a nice 30 minute Cardio Session!!! Next week will bring some Isometric training followed by a . . . . Fun Butts & Guts burn out!!! Every week is something different. . .You gotta Go if you want to Know!!! As always, your first Event at our Club is FREE.
