Communication skills greatly lack. If a potential client asks a question, simply just answer. Do not pose another question. Very poor service and quite frankly rude

Took my son to mommy and me cardio drumming today! It was a great workout the shake after was delicious and the staff are all extremely friendly. Will definitely go again! Awesome place!!!!

Impact Nutrition is a great place to get a protein and nutrient packed shake and an energizing tea. The people working the bar are always super nice too.
I have lost 18 pounds since I did it by drinking yummy shakes. The servers are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Love love this place!
I went here for the first time and the drinks I got where amazing and the staff there was very helpful. I will for sure be back very soon and I will also check out some of the classes that are offered here as well.
