I came across Impact Furniture after looking for a new kitchen, getting one fitted wasn't my plan plus the fitting cost. Impact furniture are good value for money and provide great communication, I was kept up to date with my delivery times. I was informed when it was running late. They asked if i was willing to wait or cancel. I didn't mind waiting so they issued me a small refund for the inconvenience. Item arrived when I expected at the slightly later date. I was very happy with my unit it looked lovely when I had built it up. I'm very pleased, it is just as I had hoped. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a wall unit which was delivered earlier than originally indicated. Unfortunatley it was the wrong item. I emailed the issue which was dealt with extremily efficiently. Within hours the replacement has been dispatched. Very happy to recommend.
