certainly not fast service. You'll wait for at least an hour or more. And don't bother making an appointment. I didn't get seen by a doctor until an hour after my appointment time

mean nasty uncaring. If your having medical needs DO NOT COME HERE and watch out on your paperwork because they tag COVID into your permanent medical records even if youve not been in contact or tested positive! Run From This Place
I have never come in contact with a more unprofessional and incompetent receptionist in my life. I recently gave birth and was exposed to someone with covid and made a 1:40 appointment online for a rapid test. Being that I just pushed out a human, my body is still extremely sore and my asthma is as bad as can get. After 40 minutes, I asked the receptionist if i could wait in my car, as it’s less painful for the perineum stitches and tears i have and she said yes. why would the staff flat out lie to insurance companies and claim a person has been exposed or thinks they might have been exposed to a disease process....when they were not and it is part of a pre operation testing....
Best urgent care I have been to. The doctor is super friendly and very informative. The nurses were helpful and nice. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.
