JOHN MALEY WILL STEAL YOU ONEY, THE STUFF ARE RUDE AND LIARS, they will see your insurance or see you have money, they will perform every UNNECESSARY SERVICE TO CHARGE YOU MORE, SHAME ON THEM, I DID NOT KNOW THAT COULD HAPPEN IN A DENTAL OFFICE. AM SUING THEM AND ILL SEE THEM IN COURT. Greedy, they maxed out my and my friends insurance, insurance fraud and on the top of that they sent us bills and pushing and threaten us to pay. Am suing them.
Wow!! Aunt's appt was at 6! 7:15, we are still sitting in the waiting room waiting for her to be called back... what a way to spend vacation!!!
My appointment was at 10. An hour and a half later nothing has happened. Don't waste your time with an appointment because those don't matter here at all.
They are the best! Mercy Hospital didn't help me at all,but when I went to ImmediaDent they saved my smile & my life. Thank-u!
absolutely the worst. Wait over an hour and a half just for a cleaning. Never in my life would I recommend this office.
It's a waste of time! I went, signed it, filled out all the paper work, waited in the lobby area for an hour before being called back to get x-rays, and was left in the silly chair for yet another hour without being seen. This place is a joke, and a waste of time.
