I called, gave them all my insurance info and Was told to come in at 5pm. I encountered rudeness from
the beginning. It seemed like I had an appointment after being told to come in at 5. At 7pm I was called. My filling fell out and I'm from out of town. They took an X-ray that goes around my head and then snapped about 6 separate ones. When I said its only for one tooth, they said that's what they do. Dr. Maley and his staff were incredible. I just had a wisdom tooth removed about an hour ago by them at ImmediaDent WALK IN dental clinic.
I called around 3pm and scheduled an appointment for 7:30pm to avoid any kind of wait, which seems to be what some of these other, less intelligible people who gave bad reviews should have done. I felt absolutely no pain and the entire process, from walking in the door to walking out took exactly 1 hour.

I'm very afraid of the dentist, any dentist! I went in to have a molar pulled. Had never been there before so my fear was at 100. I had to wait a little while, but the dentist was WONDERFUL!! And very personable. EVERY person I encountered, from the front desk to checking out was exceptional! Thank you all! I will be back!!!
Went in over a week ago for one tooth, they pushed me into getting 6 teeth fixed and one pulled. Week later my mouth is hurting so bad still, so call on Monday, made appointment for next day. Come in for said appointment and basically got the push out with no help what so ever! Now I am stuck with a mouth full of pain and no help! That place is horrid! And Dr. Maley seems to be the common factor in all these bad reviews! Steer clear! Wish I had!
If there was a zero star I would be checking that! Horrible just waisted 2 hours of my time for a walk in service for my fiancee. They couldn't do anything because the doctor didn't have time. Guess what that's what you get paid to do! I will never go to this establishment again and will tell everyone to avoid this place. Horrible business!!
Awful place! Very rude. I had a filling done a month ago which started aching and throbbing of pain about a week ago. I went in today for a scheduled root canal only to not be numb enough and feel the clamp being put on, dr. maley then got extremely rude and told me to see a endontist which I CANT find anyone to take my insurance! I just walked out!!! I went in at 11:15 today and left after 3 hours of waiting with only 4 people in the waiting room. The staff stood around talking and joking around, ordering food. After waiting 2+ hrs, they started calling back people that had just came in. Working in a healthcare profession myself, I was very displeased with this office and the unprofessionalism. I am willing to wait for my regular dentist to be available and suffer through the pain.
My daughter was in a lot of pain. Realizing we were walk-ins, we were willing to wait. During our wait, several patients left the office telling and saying there was no way they would let anyone in there ever touch them. After 2 1/2 hours, she was called back and the tech was very very rude and, rough with her. She came out of the office area crying and saying we should leave. I wouldn't recommend them and would strongly caution anyone from ever getting any work done by these hacks.
Regardless if you have an appt or not, you'll be waiting forever. I've been here 3 hours and not once have they called me back. Don't waste your time!
