Extremely disappointed with IMG Seat Warrington, I will never use this place again! I had my 73 Plate Leon serviced with 8,000 miles on the clock in April. The mechanic advised that both my front control arm (wishbone) bushes were melting? Needing to be replaced. Also that both my front brake discs were Warped needed replacing too. They advised that the Bushes would be covered by my warranty, but then told me that they don't do Warranty jobs , unbelievable ! Very quick and easy process, with staff that are willing to go the extra mile to see you with a smile on your face. Peter was extremely helpful with guiding me through the procedure of getting a new car. Cheap as chips and you won’t find a better APR on the whole market.
I brought a seat ateca 2023 from img last mouth the car smelled of fags and I got told that it didn’t have no trace of fag smell it had poor body done to it and I have had to put it all right my self because the manager Peter couldn’t done anything else to sort the situation out the only good thing he did is sort out the fag burn in the passenger seat what was swap with a seat out of a over car good luck to whoever gets a car from them because I would never go back their again for a car.
