Very quick and easy process, with staff that are willing to go the extra mile to see you with a smile on your face. Peter was extremely helpful with guiding me through the procedure of getting a new car. Cheap as chips and you won’t find a better APR on the whole market.
I brought a seat ateca 2023 from img last mouth the car smelled of fags and I got told that it didn’t have no trace of fag smell it had poor body done to it and I have had to put it all right my self because the manager Peter couldn’t done anything else to sort the situation out the only good thing he did is sort out the fag burn in the passenger seat what was swap with a seat out of a over car good luck to whoever gets a car from them because I would never go back their again for a car.

So so happy with the service I received here. Alan and Ste (sorry if your names were muddled up, i’m bad with names) were so professional! They were so kind and took the time to listen to any questions or concerns I had and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed.
