Home Depot on Jefferson. I am so disappointed in your service. It starts off okay when you're putting $$ down to purchase and falls apart when your associates fail to order the correct product. Glad I waited for an entire week for delivery plus the delivery window of 4 hours only to be told what I need was not on the truck!! While you're at it, why don't you make it a complete headache and force your customer to show up in person to get your money back. I currently have no running hot water from my kitchen faucet due to a defective faucet purchased at home depot, which was also installed by home depot. I am now on call 15 between corporate and local store, and about 5 hours in and no resolution in site. This store is a disaster, so is it's customer service, and corporate is just as bad. Never coming back!
Not sure what the management issue is here, but help is hard to find and often not helpful at all. Checking out is an ordeal, and usually takes forever.
Hell on earth. Used to be ok to go late after the construction crowds, but no more. Severely understaffed. Long lines in the evening and self checkout closed.
Apparently, when you purchase something with your Home Depot card, you have to tell them you want the 5% off or you don't get it! Then, they walk away and say to see customer service and you wait as they ignore you. The only way to get their attention is when you scream I want to return everything!
