I am currently sitting on hold and have been for just under 35 minutes. I ordered a custom rug in store on 9/19. I never received any kind of order confirmation or delivery information via email regarding my order. I called two weeks ago and spoke with Sabrina. She said the rug was on back order and that the supplier had neglected to let them know, and then when they did, somebody must have missed it. She said she would call the supplier and call me back. Home Depot will not get my business anymore due to Bernie Marcus and his support support for DT's 2020 election campaign. My money will do my talking for me. And I'm out! If your with DT you are not for human rights!
I've ordered from this store online for local delivery before so I ordered from this store again again for expedited local delivery...and additional $35 cost. My order and delivery time was confirmed via email and my credit card was charged but the order never arrived and Home Depot never notified me. I spent over an hour on the phone at 8PM only to be told that even though all items were in-stock the store cancelled the order with no reason given. So now I'm empty-handed for my job. I like Home Depot to get the quick items I need at home...are they the cheapest..no..but they usually have what I need....BUT never buy appliances there....he is how they attempt to deliver on a Sunday after I waited 10days for delivery of a refrigerator at my office...I spent 3 hours waiting..and this was the service they gave me.
There's seems to be a solution there for just about any project needs. Appreciate the good customer service!
