It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end getting a new double front door and storm doors.We received our estimate with *** and he took their time to really explain everything in detail. The installation of the doors took 2 days and ***** was wonderful. First of all, our sales person was not pushy, very knowledgeable, and confident about his product. He listened and provided us with project estimate that met our budget. Project timeline was about 2 weeks shorter that expected, which thrilled us. The installation team was clean and professional; I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. From the time we walked into the showroom looking for a new front door until our final installation things went extremely well. This company is very informative and we love that everything is done in the states. Our salesman, the measurer, and our installer were professional and the completed product is phenomenal. This is not the 1st time that Illinois Energy has done work for us. As for a fact, we've been so happy with their work, we didn't ask anyone else for a 2nd quote. We needed a new front & back Door and we were educated along every step. ***** was our installer and he is FANTASTIC! ***** is a true craftsman; he paid attention to every detail and kept us informed each step during installation.
