We had three doors installed by Illinois Energy Windows and Siding. The experience was seamless from start to finish and the installation was professional. I have a new appreciation for the craftsmanship and endurance required to replace doors the right way! Our sales expert (**** ****) was available to answer any questions and provided personal attention throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Professional service, better quote than we expected, and conscientious tradesman. Gave us a beautiful front door and stormdoor with a built-in screen. J.S., the *********, made sure that everything was covered, replaced the frame, the threshold and the trim. Then he cleaned up everything, vacuumed, swept and polished the windows in the doors. He also touched up the paint in our trim.
It was a wonderful experience to have my call to Illinois Energy quickly returned.... and the prompt response to come to our home to evaluate our window.There installation team was outstanding....attention to detail, efficient and kind!My husband was Really impressed with the quality of their work...it was like watching a Master Craftsman working. I was so excited and impressed with the finished project .that I invited my neighbors over to Show them !!!

**** was very detailed in a way that made things go by quickly. The way he described the process is how it happened. The installers were on time and very quick with the installation while leaving the area neat. The doors were installed recently, so we will update if anything changes, but they operate smoothly so far. There is a short period where they are a bit tight after being installed, but then they are easier to use.
I couldn't be happier with the new windows installed by Illinois Energy! This is the second time they have installed new windows for us, and from start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. The quality of the windows is fantastic, and the installation was completed on time with minimal disruption. The customer service team is always very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch service and products!
