I've used this company before about 20 years earlier to replace all my upstairs windows and called them when it was time to replace a few downstairs. The sales process was pleasant, the windows came sooner than expected, and the financing offered was easy and fair. The installer showed up on time, finished the job in a day (2 windows), and left my home as he found it.Both windows are very tight but I expect them to loosen up slightly over time but I know they'll come back to adjust if necessary. *** came for a consultation to replace our sliding door and was super personable. He gave us a quote and didn't even try to sell us more than what we needed/was looking for. **** does everything with quality and customers in mind and the technician that came out answered all of our questions and even suggested a few things that they don't offer.
