Great experience from start to finish! They were quick to schedule initial consultation. Office staff very friendly and eager to help in any way. The workers were efficient, neat, and professional. The job was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the windows. We had them do our kitchen door a few years ago and were so pleased with the work and the door quality we had them do our window replacement. They also were always very quick to answer questions. Definitely recommend!

We got 3 smaller windows installed to replace our very old and drafty ones. Our new windows are easy to open and close, we love the safety locks and they are already less drafty in this cold weather!! The install team was small and came out two days. Both people were conscious of keeping our house clean and taking their shoes on/off. We had a great experience with installation. I highly recommend Illinois Energy Windows & Siding. The installer was on time, very professional, cleanup was excellent, and the instructions for maintaining the sliding deck doors were clear. The installation of the doors was in late November. My indoor plants required that the room temperature must be +70 degrees. The installer took great care in protecting these plants. Thank you.
