We have used Illinois Energy Windows and Siding twice in the past 4 years for windows and a door. They are awesome to work with. Everyone was great. Prompt and professional. I just wanted to leave a note about how well the door installation went on May 7th. ***** did a wonderful job. The door looks great. He was very mindful about not making a mess and carefully cleaning up after he was done. I would be happy to have him again.

We were hesitant at first to make such a huge purchase, but we realized that the warranty coverage was the best out there. We were told someone would come measure the door opening and then they would call when the door was ready to install. We never saw the measurement guy, he came when we weren't home and no one had notified us. We just received a call saying it was complete a month ahead of schedule (reason for 4 stars). Repeat Customer! This is the 2nd time we have used them, originally in 1994! Just as before their response time is impeccable and the appointment happened as quickly as wanted.
