First of all, our sales person was not pushy, very knowledgeable, and confident about his product. He listened and provided us with project estimate that met our budget. Project timeline was about 2 weeks shorter that expected, which thrilled us. The installation team was clean and professional; I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. From the time we walked into the showroom looking for a new front door until our final installation things went extremely well. This company is very informative and we love that everything is done in the states. Our salesman, the measurer, and our installer were professional and the completed product is phenomenal. One of them even helped me with getting a small cabinet door to hang even on my new build it yourself furniture filing cabinet. This is not the 1st time that Illinois Energy has done work for us. As for a fact, we've been so happy with their work, we didn't ask anyone else for a 2nd quote. We needed a new front & back Door and we were educated along every step. ***** was our installer and he is FANTASTIC! ***** is a true craftsman; he paid attention to every detail and kept us informed each step during installation. I had Illinois Energy Windows & Siding replace some windows in my home. The new windows are an excellent quality product. The workers arrived on time, did an excellent job installing the windows, cleaned up completely after they were done, and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I have ordered multiple windows several different times. Each time I have been very open with them from start to finish. Communication is great, customer service is very good, and the finished product is as good as anyone. You get what you pay for, so this is not the cheapest route, but so far, it's been money well spent for us. Definitely happy to do business with them and would recommend giving them a look on your home project.
