Installers showed up on time. They removed the old windows and installed the new ones in the estimated time that we were given. They also showed us how to use the special features ( locking and tilting to clean). There was a follow up call after everything was complete. The windows have made a great improvement.

Everything was completed in a day. Now I have a much more beautiful dinning room with more light and a full view of my private backyard. Thank you for all you did on this project. I have used Illinois Energy Windows & Siding twice - once last year to replace my front window and door and once this year to replace all the remaining windows and the patio door. The salesperson was extremely helpful and provided me with all my options and ways to save money. The installation was right on schedule for the front door and window, and about a month ahead of schedule for the rest of the windows. Great experience from initial sales discussion, through scheduling and final install! Our salesman **** was very knowledgeable, helpful, and direct in his initial meeting and provided quote. We had a personal event we needed to schedule install around and they worked with us to get them in much earlier than the estimated window. We had a smaller project - 4 windows installed, but the installers completed the job in under 4 hours and left the house extremely clean. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Ten years ago we contacted Illinois Energy to have them install the windows in the front of our house, replacing wooden frames with their strong vinal and remodeling our front door entrance. They did a beautiful job. We recently invited them back to replace three smaller windows that we forgot to include back then. Their pricing and guaranteed support, and immaculate cleanup were appreciated. We'll call again when we decide to replace our gutters and roof.
