We have used Illinois Energy on three separate occasions for upgrades to our home over the past several years. The Sales team and installation team are friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process. They are highly recommended.
*** came for a consultation to replace our sliding door and was super personable. He gave us a quote and didn't even try to sell us more than what we needed/was looking for. **** does everything with quality and customers in mind and the technician that came out answered all of our questions and even suggested a few things that they don't offer. We had three doors installed by Illinois Energy Windows and Siding. The experience was seamless from start to finish and the installation was professional. I have a new appreciation for the craftsmanship and endurance required to replace doors the right way! Our sales expert (**** ****) was available to answer any questions and provided personal attention throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Professional service, better quote than we expected, and conscientious tradesman. Gave us a beautiful front door and stormdoor with a built-in screen. J.S., the *********, made sure that everything was covered, replaced the frame, the threshold and the trim. Then he cleaned up everything, vacuumed, swept and polished the windows in the doors. He also touched up the paint in our trim.
It was a wonderful experience to have my call to Illinois Energy quickly returned.... and the prompt response to come to our home to evaluate our window.There installation team was outstanding....attention to detail, efficient and kind!My husband was Really impressed with the quality of their work...it was like watching a Master Craftsman working.
