While a tinello is generally thought of as a little dining room in Italy, this one is rather large, that pleases the crowd of older patrons who come here for excellent classic Northern Italian food without having to wait for a table. Seafood, pastas, veal and chicken dishes are all excellent; however, many patrons simply dispense with the menu and order what they want. This normally not much of a problem for the gracious staff. Jacket and tie are required at Il Tinello.

RecommendedWalking around in the area we decided to have dinner with our four kids. We are used to being stared at. We were welcomed warmly, without reservation we were seated promptly. We dined here to celebrate my brother’s recent milestone at a military academy. The food was great, atmosphere was classy, and service was absolutely wonderful! They made us feel special and made it a memorable experience! We will definitely be back!
