Extremely disappointed with Ikra Logistics and their conduct today (14/07/2025). Their delivery driver, who was delivering stock to Caspian Kebab in Birtley, parked in a private car park and blocked the entrance for over 3 hours — despite claiming they’d only be 20 minutes. As a result, I was completely unable to leave the car park, and my friend (who works in one of the businesses with legitimate rights to use the car park) was unable to go home to pick up her children. Dangerous Drivers, Just entered my yard with out permission, drove down the no entry route right behind the loading shovel in the stock yard with no warning. Then nearly took out the barriers reversing. Someone is getting hurt soon. All the driver did was shout. Will be reporting we have CCTV.
