To many gringos. Thinking they own the place. Give you a nasty look and talk about you. Luckily I was with my wife and kids so I was able to keep my inner demons within.
I just had a great customer service experience with Danette. She was helpful friendly and got me in and out in no time. Thanks IKEA Brooklyn for hiring a great associate!
Awful experience. The procedures are extremely user unfriendly and I was unable to add assembly along with delivery and was made to run from one end of the store, to the warehouse, to billing, then to customer service and then to returns. Extremely dosappointed and will never visit again.
I can't say the Swedish meatballs with Lingonberry dressing is the ONLY reason to go to IKEA, but it remains the BEST reason to go to IKEA.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. They don't allow you to order items that are out of stock and either have shipped or held for you when it comes in, which is now a basic service offering I've had offered to me at every other retailer I currently shop at. What's worse is they give you a phone number to call to check to see if they have received more of the item that they never answer. I found a cover for my sofa on a humble and it was $29.00!!! Plus, the Water Taxi crew at 6:35 was so inviting! We got sunglasses, fans and just all around laughs!
