Worst Customer Service, Assembly Team Damaged the Item
The misleading advertising of 15 % off all sofas changed the whole image that I had of this company. I just have to say, the manager has no vision of customer service or the idea of how to argue with the customer. Here is what she said: "the Friheten sofa sleeper is not a sofa because it is a sofa bed" however the order for pick up has the description of each individual item listed as sofa.... I swear, if the Brooklyn IKEA return line was any slower, it would be moving backwards. Worse than the DMV. No respect for customer's time.
I have been on hold for almost TWO hours because of a missing part of a wardrobe I just purchased, and honestly doubting anyone will even answer at this point. I did speak to someone for about 30 seconds who didn't listen to anything I said, and then said she would "transfer me to the store complaints department." I am losing my mind listening to this mind numbing hold music and the same voice recording over and over again.
