The return and exchange line is insane. Good number system but seriously felt like I was at the DMV.
When you first opened up it was a great experience to shop there . Now not so much. Your employees are extremely rude and not helpful at all and need better training. The food area is even worse. Very very badly managed. You guys need to go back to the business model of when you first opened. Right now it is a huge mess. Rude un knowledgeable employees and the food area is really badly managed. You lost it. Time to try and get it back.
We are still waiting the delivery three weeks ago! The call center scheduled the delivery two times but they never arrived. We called back and wrote emails but they never did what they promise. It looks like they answer something just to get rid of people complaining.
Found everything I needed and had to leave it all behind because there was a two hour long check out line.
