The store is a disgusting mess and that doesnt even include the horrific restaurant area. The food is AWFUL, NOTHING is clean, employees do not help, there is no SILVERWARE to eat your food with, there is NO ice there is also not any drink to get out of the fountain because it has ran out and no one has replaced it. If you have questions about any of their products, good luck to you. Don't even get me started on the shuttle.

First time going there was one of the best, compared to our normal US stores. Their food court had Healthy selection and free coffee or tea with refill. Quality items and most are good price. Going there again for sure!

It's not organized , filthy, dirty and smell. The air inside is not clean. The cash register is extremely long. You probably have to wait 30 to 40 minutes minimum for your turn. It look like a refugees camp instead of a store. I will never go to IKEA again after this horrible experience.

Most of the items you need are out of stock. This place is a big waste of time. When you ask an employee for assistance they look at you like you're bothering them.

Don't ever go on weekends. They got nothing on their shelves and they don't replace either so finally you can't buy anything you wanted.
