Brooklyn IKEA stinks! Long, long lines everywhere (Returns? Yep. Cafe? Yep. Registers? Yep. Hot dog stand? Yep). It was a hot day, the store was crowded and hot. I’m over this store.
Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for a month for a piece of an incomplete couch and they can't seem to send anything to fix it.
After two set delivery dates, my item has been postponed again. All phone lines hang up due to heavy call volumes. I will never buy from you again and tell everyone I know to do likewise.

Waiting 60 minutes to get a bed when the store is almost empty is unacceptable
