We sually enjoy going to the Ikea in Brooklyn. Today my spouse and I got both really sick after eating in the cafeteria. It was either the tomato soup, or the chicken tenders.
It seems delivery failures are a common thing at Ikea. You guys should improve your process or stop offering a service you cannot execute properly. We got half our sofa and half our armoire delivered on thurday night. After 1.5hour on the phone we had to reschedule 2 deliveries for the missing parts. And the new delivery still has messed up one element of the wrong size. This is appalling. We expect a proper compensation for all the time and energy you took us. Im never going back! I've been waiting 3 weeks so a product I bought because their delivery guys dropped off the wrong box. The delivery guys are rude and inconsiderate. Customer service is the worst. This has been the worst experience.

I just went to look at some furniture before I decide to buy it. I will be back to buy them but will rent a truck or van and have help taking the boxes home. Cheaper than having it delivered and I won't have to take a day off to wait for it.
Felt the store was a little rundown and the quality was so bad. Things look so much better quality on website but what do I expect? The prices are so low. Bought some tea lights, batteries and a chef knife. We'll see how the knife works. I don't really feel I need to ever return to IKEA AGAIN.
