the store says it's open to do click and collect but it doesn't seem like people are able to put in orders. I've been trying for the last three days with the same messages saying they're at max orders. I desperately need affordable office equipment and they have totally let me down with this ordering issue.
Answer your phones. Respond to emails. Stop taking online orders if you can't handle the volume.
Worst customer service ever! Received my baby boy's changing table on March 31st 2020. There was a mistake in the order, drawers were pink...IKEA was supposed to ship back new white drawers...still nothing 2 months later...and impossible to contact them by phone or email! 😠
I have been trying to order for pickup at the store. Everytime I try, it says that no more pick up orders can be fulfilled.....or something like that. If you are not doing pick up orders... say so!!!! I can't afford the product and the high cost of delivery. It nearly doubles the price of my order. I know this closing is hard on businesses.....but try your web site from the vantage point of a customer. Thank you?!!!
Horrible customer service. No response at all. Glad I didn't order anything. They lost me as a long term shopper (25 years).
After checking availability on the website, we ordered a few items. Due to the Covid-19 no pickup option was available so we went ahead and pay the delivery fee (other companies are giving this for free in this situation). The order was more than $1000. Some of the items are not going to be sent, so now we need to order 3 items again and pay the delivery fee again. On 2/19/2020 I purchased a IKEA Haugesund spring king mattress. IKEA mattresses are rolled so I unrolled when I got home and waited over a week and one half and the foam inside the mattress did not completely unrolled to the edge. It states that it will fully retain its shape in 72 hours and I waited almost two weeks and it never did. I contacted IKEA and they told me to take some photos and bring to the store which I did on 3/4/2020.
