I recommend nobody buys anything from this store that requires assembly or delivery! Worst experience of my life!!
I bought a whole host of things at your store 10 days ago and you failed to deliver my slats. I've now been sleeping on the floor all this time and despite countless promises that someone will deliver them or at the very least call me to arrange delivery, nobody ever does. This is really bad customer service and I want a remedy today. Tired of this.

Disappointed.....all the other Ikea stores in the north-east area posted early what time they were closing. I checked the store web page before leaving house.....get to Ikea Brooklyn at 648PM...only to find out that they closing at 7PM due to the inclement weather. Why wasn't this posted online like the other stores :-(
Terrible experience riding the berry and shuttle bus connection fail!! Left waiting 40 mins in the ice cold ! Shuttle bus dropped us right after the ferry left us !!!
the most horrible post sale service, the oven almost killer and fire my house. thank Ikea for that.
The worst customer service. I have to go all the way to Brooklyn AGAIN just to cancel 1 item from my order. I had to wait 25 minutes on a phone just to hear this. We're now living in 2016. Inefficiency and inconvenience would best suit the IT system (if there is ANY) that IKEA currently utilizes.
