Your delivery service is just the WORST. Not only do the delivery people show up late, or not show up at all, but there are items missing from the order. After spending 45 mins on the phone earlier this week to re-schedule for the missing items to be delivered, and despite receiving a confirmation call the night before - NOBODY SHOWED UP ON THE DAY ITSELF - yesterday! Was supposed to have a delivery last Thursday. That never happened. 6 days later after 4 2hr calls to the customer service and 2 trips to the store, I still don't have my furniture and Ikea Brooklyn still hasn't contacted me to resolve the issue. Disgusted by this store. Ikea will never see a dime from me
I'm here now on new years day. Go to eat. One cashier to about 100 people. Payed 13 dollars for my food. Which is fine. But it was cold by the time I paid for it! I guess they did not expect a crowd . I really want my 13 dollars back.
