I am waiting for my delivered items for the whole night! But I didn't receive them! I called the delivery company, and they told me ikea didn't give them my items this morning! So they have nothing to send to me! What's the hell!!!
The service sucks. I bought a sofa a month ago and they keep on telling me that they will deliver within a few days and they never do. When I call to complain no one takes responsibility for whats going on and nobooody helps me solve the problem and get my order at my door. Definitely the last time I buy something in this store and I seriously do not recommend it
I would like to save energy when dealing with your ABYSMAL delivery customer service. One week and unable to know WHY they didn't deliver, WHERE is my stuff I PAID FOR and sick and tired leaving messages and nobody calls or the line drops in the middle of the call. We are in NYC not in the middle of the desert. I am DISGUSTED.
Their return management is a horror 10 ppl waiting for 2 registers the same person makes return and put away the stuff I missed my doc app because of them discusting
