IKEA picked up my recalled dressers. I was shocked when after depositing the check I got a letter from my bank that the check couldn't be deposited because of lack of funds!! IKEA doesn't have money in their checking account?? Plus I was charged by my bank for the returned check. Now I can't reach anyone in customer service so I can get my almost $400 back!!
Worst customer service ever. Everyone in returns was nasty! Except Dawn. She helped me in the end. They really have the worst people working there. So sad

It has now been over two months since I’ve started the process. I had my dressers picked up no later than mid August and no updates since then UNTIL two weeks ago I called Brooklyn IKEA. I was told that they were refused there and whomever sent them there made a huge mistake. So they were sent to Ikea in Elizabeth NJ and that my check should be sent no later than early LAST week. Wonderful experience! I bought all what I needed for baby and I had wonderful ride with Ikea boat! The staff was very helpful as always and the ikea restaurant was nice to relax during shopping. I returned home with baby bath tub on Ikea boat! Love Ikea boat!
Great Cafe!!! Great nice employees! Go in the weekend and you can ride that water taxi back to manhatten
