Never, ever shop here. If you have to, make sure you're sorting out your own delivery. I've been on the phone all day with customer services over in Maryland trying to figure out what's happened to the delivery that was due yesterday. We haven't even had a phone call from someone at IKEA Brooklyn to tell us what's happening. Awesome customer service
10:30 on a Sunday morning and only one register open. Doesn't matter what time you shop at ikea, you're guaranteed to have a line of 20 people in front of you.

I bought an Ikea sofabed and now the covers (which break fast) are discontinued. What am I supposed to do with it now? It looks like crap. Do you have any other ektorp covers that fit the sofabed two seater? If not I wasted my money, this is the reason I bought it and now it's discontinued.
Always been a loyal customer until they lost my packages without leave me any notification. I have waited whole day and called them back and forth to get to someone to find out what is going on with my furniture. Now I am been told that I have wait within 72hrs to have someone schedule the delivery in future.
