We thought we'd found a UK-based company. We hadn't - it has a UK 'sales office'. And the disconnect is shocking - production facility just doesn't care. We went through a long drawn out process trying to order a TWO-TONE mug (black exterior, white interior) with an engraved logo on one side. Simple right? After numerous "computer says NO" type conversations we settled on a TWO-TONE mug (literally the product title) with the correct engraving size. Spent about 500 EUR on notebooks and print quality + delivery was great and on time for our event, would buy again

I spent £800 on branded water bottles, the print quality was very poor (white lines going through the print), i asked for a reason to why this had happened and to discuss a possible solution...then they continued to ignore my calls and emails. This company is not to be trusted, they take your money and run! Possible scammers - AVOID!!!!
