I had the same issue as Mohammed. Good service to get me the PCB but when it turned out I didn’t need it and returned it as per the Terms and Conditions there was zero response. Nothing. Totally contractually and legally bad, but judging by your comment a deliberate action. Ordering, payment and delivery were great, and no problem with the part as far as I know, as l didn’t use it, but frankly they are stealing my money by ignoring my return. I’ve been using ignite heating spares for over 12 years. This company provides a fantastic service to the professional industry, enabling Gassafe registered engineers such as me, to undertake appliance repairs at a fraction of the new parts price. I always pass those savings onto my customers. Ordered refurbished PCB for the boiler, but the part didn't work. In the end, I purchased new spare from local store and fixed the problem. Tried calling and mailing them multiple times, requesting return unanswered. Will update if the seller replies.

Do not use this company. False advertising of both next day delivery and price matching. They deliver neither.

Buy with confidence! I got great advice on what to purchase, and some useful background knowledge which helped. Overall I saved £450 on the part and fitting or £2,500 on a new boiler. I will be using Ignite Heating again.Simply a really good, helpful, honest and professional company. A year or so later, I just wanted to add an update.
