This is a company that has employed many staff on sponsorship visas and it’s a shame most of them doing domiciliary care spending 12hours driving around only to earn 6-8hours. They are not even transparent on holiday policies and the staff are not treated with respect. Please people don’t waste your time seeking employment staff turn over has gone through the roof.
Ignite have been looking after my parents now for nearly three years. I can't fault them. They are extremely professional and I wouldn't want anyone else looking after them. Lorna the manager and Suzie the deputy manager of the Bromsgrove team have been superb throughout. A special mention to Kelly and Tina as well.
