I discussed my bathroom renovation with Ivan and paid a £600 deposit to book a start date. However, there was poor communication on several occasions and two days before the start I checked to confirm but was told there was a two-week delay. I used Ivan for a whole house renovation in Coulsdon. He is a great guy which made the whole process (even when issues came up) really pleasant. He is super calm and deals with any snags professionally. Unfortunately some of his workers try to take too many shortcuts and the finish of some of the work is not very good. Ivan should supervise more closely.

Ivan and the IGD team looked after our extension, remodel, and landscaping. We are delighted with our beautiful 'new' home. Their commitment was impressive, working 7.30am to 5/6pm every day, without fail and were quiet, clean and courteous. They finished the job early and we came in under budget, including some recommendations on suppliers who were far cheaper than we'd budgeted for. Ivan and his team were patient, diligent and professional. They are absolutely first class and I could not recommend them more highly.
