I’m extremely satisfied with the plumbing service I received. The plumber repaired my leaking pipes quickly, ensuring the problem wouldn’t return. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He carefully explained each step of the repair, which gave me confidence in his work. His pricing was fair, and there were no hidden charges. He also offered maintenance tips to keep my system in good shape. His reliability and attention to detail make him someone I’d gladly hire again anytime.

I waited 3hrs for the engineer to come and change the bathroom taps. He came and had a look at the work and said he wants £250 to do the work. Initially we agreed £95 per/hrs. This was total disappointment and waste of my time. Be careful using this service.

Our water heater was replaced efficiently and professionally. The office staff understood our need and jumped right on it. The person that did the work was on time and did a perfect job.

Kriss was great! He worked quickly to resolve my plumbing problems and didn't seem to mind me looking over his shoulder. He thoughtfully explained the repairs in language that I'd understand.
